Tuesday, December 13th, 2011
The David Brower Center Gallery in Downtown Berkeley
6:30-10pm

Thank you to everyone who came out to Shine and made it a success!

Enjoy…

  • Live music with Eliyahu Sills and friends
  • A delicious, local, organic dinner by Chef Baruch
  • A latke bar complete with tasty toppings
  • Olive oil tastings paired with wine from Hagafen and Frey Vinyards
  • And of course, Hanukkah cookies and chocolate gelt.

Have a great time with friends, new and old, all while supporting Wilderness Torah’s work to reconnect Judaism to the cycles of nature and the cycles of our lives.

Tickets range from $36-$360. $36 covers the direct costs of the event only and does not include a contribution to Wilderness Torah’s programs. Tickets at this price level are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are also looking for volunteers for the day of the event, and we would love your help! Please contact us if you can offer your time.

Consider sponsoring Shine – you’ll get free tickets and a special treat.

The Evening:

6:30-8pm: Arrive on time for a glass of Hagafen wine and strolling dinner. Listen to live music, watch the festival slideshow, mingle with friends old and new, and check out the Brower Center’s current exhibit: One Cubic Foot: Miniature Surveys in Biodiversity.

8pm: A short and sweet program will include the debut of our cool new video, stories of transformation from Wilderness Torah participants, and an opportunity to make a financial gift to Wilderness Torah.

8:30-10pm: Enjoy a fabulous dessert, drinks, and dancing.

Location:

The David Brower Center is located at 2150 Allston Way, between Shattuck Ave and Oxford St.
